These two replacement 5th wheel puck system anchors are designed to fit the CURT puck system legs #16021 and slider adapter #16022. They are the rear, tailgate-side anchors and have a relatively larger design than the smaller, cab-side anchors. Together with the front anchors they secure the hitch in the truck bed puck system. This package includes two anchors and hardware only. The front anchors and anchor handles are not included.
